I’ve taught English in Morocco, worked on curriculum for Pharrell Williams’ educational nonprofit, received awards for my writing, and led writing classes in the community. But there is nothing I love more than helping students get into their dream colleges. Stanford, Columbia, UW, UMich, Sciences Po in Paris, a full ride to Hopkins—the list is ever-growing. When I was applying for college, I didn’t have a writing coach to guide me. A lifelong writer, I received a Bloomberg Scholarship to Johns Hopkins University, but who knows what opportunities I missed. From my Master of Fine Arts in Writing, I learned to hone language to maximize impact. Now, I share those insights.
